For first time customers, please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:
- Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order.
- The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.
- Your billing address and your delivery address, if different.
- Purchase Order Number
- The product name and the specific catalog number, if known.
We begin processing your order almost immediately upon receiving it. That means there is only a very short window of time between order receipt and fulfillment. If you find that you need to cancel or change your order, please call us at 1-888-703-5558 as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment & shipping process we are unable to cancel the order. For perishable items, we regret that we cannot accept return or exchanges.
Orders will be given a Sales Order Confirmation number at the time of the order.
Reagents, Calibrators and Controls are shipped Next Day Air via UPS or FedEx due to its perishable nature.
For Non-Perishable items we ship the most secure and economical way (UPS Ground) unless you request a particular method of shipment.
For International Orders – we prefer to use customers’ DHL or FedEx account.
Cut-off Placement of Order: Monday through Thursday
Orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time, will be processed and shipped same day for overnight delivery. We can process ship on Friday for Saturday delivery with special arrangements.
Multiple-address shipping: Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
